Hi there

I use Outlook 2003 on XP, via exchange server.

My wife uses Office XP on XP but internet (POP3) mail.

When I send her a meeting request she receives an email, but without the ability to Accept or Decline. She can only reply as with standard email.

Can this either be (a) changed so she can accept or reject, or (b) have my Outlook set to send her meeting requests (and only here's) in iCal format?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Hi there. I may have just found an answer.
1. If you haven't already done so, add the recipient as a contact.
2. With the contact open, in the E-mail box, double-click the contact's
e-mail address.
3. In the Internet Format list, select Send using Outlook Rich Text
format."

When I tried this it seemed to work. I guess it is something to do with sending email in HTML format...
