UNABLE TO RECIEVE E-MAILS

I am unable to receive e-mails from a particular company.
I have received e-mails from them before, the e-mails are sent successfully
to other e-mail accounts, but not yahoo.co.uk. they are NOT in my span or
blocked messages.
I receive e-mails successfully from everyone else
PLEASE HELP

You may need to ask your email provider if they are in one of the shared
lists of sites blocked by other internet providers, or if that company's
email address if in their list of blocked sites. The messages could be
blocked before they reach your computer.
