Hello,

I have a user who is unable to receive an email from a recipient sends it
directly to him. However when that recipient does a reply to all and the user
is part of that reply to all list, he will receive the email. Does anyone
have an idea what is preventing the user to receive mail directly to him? All
other mail is delivered to the user without any problems.

Thanks.

The problem is that the sender has the recipent's contact with the
wrong SMTP address. Once he types John Doe in the To: field, Outlook
checks the "Contacts", finds the entry and sends it to the incorrect
address.

Hmmm I haven't thought about that. We did move to our own domain and mail
server last year. It did not occur to me that this contact could be using the
wrong SMTP address. I will ask the user to ask his contact.

Thanks.
