unable to receive/download0 email

having a similar problem as a lot of recent posts. Every time I start
windows mail it asks which dial up service I want but I am on broadband and
as far as I can find nothing indicating dial up is check marked.

this error just recently started within past few days

oh and when I go into the properties to double check things it keeps freezing
saying windows mail is not responding

That's characteristic of a corrupted account. Delete that mail account,
restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.
