Unable to read Chinese text.

Hi,

I am unable to read Chinese characters from the Chinese website. I have
tried installing the languages pack, but the files cannot be successfully
copied over.

Please help.

Can you be more specific about the error you get when trying to install the
language pack?

Did you tick the box "Asian character sets" in regional settings?
