Unable to publish

When trying to publish my websites, the pop-up box
appears asking for my username and password, I enter
them, and the box just pops up again with the password
field empty (as if to say, try again, wrong
user/password). I publish multiple sites and have been
doing so for years, the usernames and passwords have not
changed and I've confirmed each of them with the hosting
providers, they are correct. The problem is with
FrontPage, (I am using FrontPage 2002). This all
happened after I installed SP3. I've since uninstalled,
but still no fix. Help.
 
Your domain registration may have expired. Check with you
registrar.
 
It may reject if the server is not running frontpage extensions, if you're trying
to publish by http: in Frontpage.
