Unable to option Message Options

I have a few users that are unable to open the Option Feature on messages
listed in their external exchange mailboxes. They need to get set categories
on the messages and are unable to get into Options to do so. This happens
sporadically. The workaround for it is to close and open Outlook.

Have you tried Help>Detect and Repair? Have you tried a new mail profile?

Holy cow! Both options do not work! Issue is sporadic, workaround - close
Outlook and reopen, only happens on shared external mailboxes...
