Unable to open your default e-mail folders.

I have a laptop that at one point, obviously had groupwise installed on it.
After being removed and installing Outlook 2003 on the computer, it is now
stating for that user's profile:
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service gwmsp1.dll Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured."

Now it only happens on this profile, because this was the only profile that
the user used groupwise under. I would like to avoid wiping the entire
profile if possible.

Thank you for the reply, however unfortunately, 2003 isn't allowing me to get
into the actual program. It will start 2003, bring up the error in a
dialogue box, and then close down Outlook. So I have been unable to get into
the program to actually remove the folder.

you might need to try a new profile. whether you can access your old data
will depend on whether you can open the old PST from the new profile.
