When I start Outlook, I get the following message: "Unable to display the
folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. An
unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information
service gwmsp1.dll. Be sure the service is correctly installed and
configured." I have searched for the file gwmsp1.dll but could not find it. I
have lost all my contact information.

Version of Outlook? Type of account? The dll indicates you are running
GroupWise?

Dear Robert
Thank you for the quick response. The Outlook version is 2002. I am not
sure of the question what type of account. You are right, I was using
Groupwise but I removed the program. This happened after I installed
groupwise. I am having this problem after I installed groupwise and then
deleted it/

Thanks
