GWMSP1.dll in outlook 2003

I get the message:

The informationservice gwmsp1.dll is not loaded by MAPI. Check if the
service is loaded and properly configured.

I already deleted al my mail accounts and reinstalled Outlook 2003

Can somebody please help me!!
 
are you using the GroupWise connector? Try reinstalling it or delete
extend.dat if you no longer use the connector.
