Unable to open secure sites

Hi there

I am facing problem with internet explorer 6. I am unable
to open secure sites like hotmail, royal bank etc and not
able to login in MSN Messenger. But i am able to open
them with opera. I tried my best but i am not able to fix
it. I will appreciate if you can give me some solution.

With your anti-virus application disabled the entire time, go to Windows
Update and install Q818529 (at least).

Several critical security-related patches were released by MS yesterday (23
July-03), too.
