unable to open outlook 2007 it gives the message no profile error

Dear Sir,
We are unable to use the outlook 2007 software while opening the application
we are getting an error message 'No profile have been created. To create a
new profile, use mail icon in the control panel'. But we are having 21
profile in use. When we try check the same using the mail icon in the
control panel, we are getting an another error message 'The list of profile
cannot be loaded, An unexpected error has occurred'. Please guide us how to
rectify the same.

What type of mail accounts are set up? Have you checked the event log for
errors?
