Unable to open outlook 2003

I am trying to set up my Outlook 2003 to set it up, but it will not let me
open it. It tells me that the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. It
will not even let me open the program up to set it up. I have already set up
an account.

I have tried multiple ways to set up the program, but have been unsuccessful.

Please help!

Are you using Exchange?
 
If you are using a non exchange account .... try this.... go to control
panel.. double click on the mail icon... and create a new profile.... set up
the account ....and make sure you select the new profile name under always
use this profile...
