Microsoft Office outlook 2007

I tried to configure my outlook so that it will open if i want to open my msn
account but unfortunately i tamper with the settings and i could not open
outlook again anymore. If i tried to open it, it shows me this "The
connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable, Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action". Could you please tell me how to go about
it.

Are you using Exchange server? If not, go into control panel, mail and
delete the exchange account from your profile.
