UNABLE TO OPEN MSCONFIG, HELP PLEASE.

Hi all, any suggestions as to how I can check for running processes , when I
go to msconfig I get a message saying "msconfig is not a valid w32
application". I don't know how or when that happened but my modem is going
nuts constantly so I'm assuming something is running in the background. Any
advice is appreciated, thanks.
 
Often as a result of a virus, Try running an online scan at a least two AV
sites
