Unable to Open Control Panel Applets

I screwed up! LOL! Probably changed a setting in TweakUI. Now I can't access any applet in
Control Panel. Can someone please direct me how to fix this. Thanks.

LOL! Thanks! That did it! It's not the first time that happened! I've had enough happen lately
without that wrinkle. BTW, if you know how to set my Search Assistant in IE so it will stay
set...that would be great. Everytime I reboot it defaults back to the standard Search Assistant
which I don't want. I always set the service to ONE engine (Alta Vista). Ever since EarthLink
TA2005 installed Google and I reset my web settings I've never been able to get it to stick. At
least I got rid of Google!
