Unable to Open Com1.

Dear Friend,

We have DL360 HP G3 Server with Windows Advanced Server,
I have connected one Serial Port Modem (Tango) in to our
Server...when I try to access the Modem thru "Hyper
Terminal" I have received the following Error:
(...Someone, please help to resolve this problem..

"Unable to Open Com1. Please check your Port settings."
