Unable to logon to any member sites - page cannot be displayed

Sorry about the double post, needed a better subject line

For whatever reason, I have been unable to logon to any webpage with UN/PW.
Can't get to any of my bank accounts, creditors, Ebay, Paypal etc etc etc.
I get a "page cannot be displayed". IE6 on win98se

I have cleared all my cache and temp files and cleaned out my host file but
can't seem to find an answer.

Thanks Frank. Did an IE6 repair and a setting file (sysconnect or
something - don't recall exactly) came back as corrupt. Required me to do a
setup re-install and it worked.
