page cannot be displayed

I used to be able to access my home banking site when my
system froze. After the reboot I can access all my
favorite webpages except for this page. I now get the "The
page cannot be displayed" webpage.

I know that others can use their computers to get onto
this site. It just seems that my system has shut it out or
will not allow it.

I have reinstalled IE6 and have cleaned and rebooted my
system many times.

Any help would be appreciated.
