I have two diffrent usernames for to access a Microsoft
Outlook Web Access. On most computers, it doesn't matter
which username I use. On my dell laptop with WinXP Home,
the first username that I entered works, but the second
doesn't. I think the computer might be cache-ing the
first username (even though it ask for the password and
username again). I have treied deleting all of the
cookies and temp files. I have also tried using the log
out feature of OWA and closing the browser. Nothing
seems to work.

Please help.

Matt,
See if you need to delete a cached password from Ctrl Panel> User Accounts>
[username]> Manage Network Passwords.

There aren't any usernames listed as a network password.

Got any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Matt

If you put the cursor in the name filed and hit the down arrow key do you
get the dropdown list? If so, select each name and hit the delete key.
Clearing both names/passwords may help.

Clearing all passwords may help. IE> Tools> Options> Content> Autocomplete>
Clear Passwords.

Protected Storage PassView from http://www.webattack.com/get/pspv.shtml will
help you recover other cached passwords *before* you clear all passwords.
