Hi All Experts,

Few of my windows 2000 professional client is having the login problem. When
the user key in user name and password, the loading your personal setting and
applying computer setting bar appear. After that the bar is missing and i
thought can login but it seem the screen is just blank and the mouse is
there. The mouse is working. I press CTRL,ALT DEL, but is not working. I try
using my login and it seem ok. The user can login all the while but not sure
why suddenly the user cannot login. I try to unplug the network cable and the
user manage to login. The problem user can login to other machine and have no
problem. There are few users in my network having this problem. Other users
login to the machine no problem.

I had try to recreate the user profile on the problem machine and is just
working for one day only. I had check the TCP/IP setting and all of them is
correct. Can anyone tell me what is going on and how to solve this problems?
Thank You.

This might be an Explorer problem. Try this:
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc
- Launch explorer.exe via the Task Manager
