unable to log into webmail service

I need help. I use WinXP Pro w IE 6.0. I cannot login
from my browser to a webmail service. The problem I am
having is that I cannot login to the webmail account
anymore because there is something causing a conflict.
Shortly before experiencing the problem I timed out
during a mail read session and I then logged back in.
After closing the browser for the day upon returning
later when I tried to log into the webmail account from
the IE browser I get a "Your session has ended due to
inactivity. Please log back in to continue working."
I can't log in because I keep getting this prompt.

If I go to another computer then I can log in fine. So
there is something in the local computer that is caching
something causing this problem. I have cleared history
and cookies, and temp files several time but no solution.
