Unable to load printer drivers

New laptop which I loaded my printer (HP photosmart 3300). Then upgraded
email to fullblown outlook and was trying to transfer outlook email to new
laptop. Then noticed my printer was no longer listed to print solutions to
transferring email. Tried to load printer from HP disc and get following
Hkey_local_machine\system\current control set\xxxx errors for following
microsoft security .dll's
slbcsp.dll
sccdbase.dll
gpkcsp.dll
enrum
How can I clear these .dll errors so I can load my printer drivers??

So aside from the fact that you are trying to print Outlook instructions,
how is a printer installation issue related to Outlook?
I suggest you contact HP support instead.

Disregard -- after fiddling -- have the printer working fine. Thanks -- now
back to my original issue -- outlook .pst files.

You tell me MVP -- was there prior to the outlook upgrade and afterwards --
not there -- why did Outlook move it off my printers available list in the
first place.
