Unable to Load Device Driver tcpip.sys

When I boot in normal mode I am getting the Blue screen of
Death, with the following message:

Stop: c000026C unable to load device driver
c:\winnt\system32\drivers\tcpip.sys error status
0xc000012f.

I am able to get into Safe Mode, but can't do anything
after that.

Any Suggestions would be great.

I am running Windows 2000.

While in Safe Mode, uninstall each and every network
component via the Control Panel. If tcpip.sys still exists,
delete it.

You should now be able to reboot. Re-install your
network components, then re-apply the latest Service Pack.
