Windows XP Unable to Lggin to Terminal server

Hi ,
I have a user who has issues logging into terminal server.
Getting error Windows could not load the profile contact your system administrator
Other users can login fine, New user has no issues. No disk space issues.
Have enough disk space.



Please provide valuable suggestions ato fix the issue

Windows 2003 server.Sp2
