Unable to install Adobe Flash Player at all

Unfortunately, I made some changes to some directories I should not have
made. Further OneCare made further changes. Now I am unable to restore at
all. I cannot download Adobe Flash Player and I have made 13 attempts. Does
anyone know what I can do? The Adobe website is of no help whatsoever. I use
IE 7 and have Windows XP SP2. Thanks in advance.

Uninstall OneCare and try again ?
