Download MS Windows Install Cleaner from the Microsoft site. When you open
it, look for the Adobe Flash Player. Delete it and then you can reinstall
it. However, I have been reading that the new Flash Player was buggy, I
don't really know. Adobe hasn't done much if anything about it. The MS
Windows Install Cleaner will get it out of your computer though.
