Unable to insert full word document into Meeting Request

Hi,

I am running Outlook 2003 sp 2 (office 2003 sp2) and am unable to insert
a multiple page document into a meeting request. When I do a INSERT ->
Object -> create from file - Microsoft word document - this only grabs the
first page of any word document. I have tried this setting outlook to both
HTML and RTF formats in the options - mail formats section, but that has had
no effect. Is there a way to do this?

It "displays" only the first page, but when you double click on it, it will
open the full document.
