After my PC crashed when installing XP SP2 (now known registery file error
with 64 bit Athlons!) I managed to go in in "safe mode" and copy my
outlook.pst file to CD (about 14MB), but couldn't recover windows. So, I then
completely re-loaded XP / SP2 / Office 2003 successfully and tried importing
my old outlook.pst file, but it keeps coming up with an error saying the file
is not a personal folders file. It won't open as an Outlook data file or
import within Outlook. Is it possible the original file is corrupted, or am I
missing something obvious? It shows as an Outlook file in Windows Explorer.
An ideas?
