Unable to erase file, please help!

I have two files on my desktop that I cannot get rid of. The information of
them says they're damaged, and that that is why I can't erase them. Please
help me get rid of these suspicious oBjects, I don't want some kind of
spyware on my computer!

http://www.purgeie.com/delinv.htm
For invalid/UNC file/folder name deleting, rather than the in use problem

You will have to navigate to where these files are.
Documents and settings\user name\desktop.
