Unable to email

I cant seem to send email out but i can receive and i can also receive mail
i send to my other email address. Other than that i cant send any. Other
thing my computer is very slow.

Please help us to help you. What does "I cant seem to" mean? What
happens when you try? If you get an error message, please quote it
verbatim.

Did it used to work, but is now failing? Or were you never able to
send mail?

What program are you using to send/read E-mail? Who is your ISP?
