Changing received date on my own messages

Hey everyone,

I am currently having a problem with an email address of my own.
I am using this address to send myself some emails with notes and other stuff. (So it's mails sent from this address to the same address, that's its only use)
At some point, the received date changed on most emails to that day's date, and I am looking for a solution to change the received date to what it was before. I know what it is, but making the change would help me organise everything better.

Is there a solution to this ?

Thank you a lot

Welcome to the forums :).

Which e-mail client are you using? It'll be possible most likely (but perhaps some effort to do!), but it will depend on the software you're using.

Hi Bob, do you mean this is a webmail account accessed at outlook.com?

Unfortunately, if it's a webmail account then I'm not sure how this can be done. There is a laborious process that would work with most 3rd party clients if the account wasn't webmail, but I'm unaware of a way that this could work with outlook.com.
