Unable to Edit a Form in Design View

When trying to just publish a new form, getting error "Cannot publish the
form because of a MAPI error. The operation failed." Anyone know why this
is happening? Running Outlook 2007 fully updated on a fully updated Windows
XP machine with Exchange 2003. Cannot edit an existing form either. Tried
adding some sendees to a form and nothing happens. No messages. Nothing.
Any thoughts out there?

What library are you trying to publish to? Are you using Outlook in cached
Exchange mode? If so, create a new profile that works directly against the
server with no caching and do all your forms work from that profile.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
