Form error when create new appointment

Out of the blue, I am not able to create new appointments; when I click on
"File | New | Appointment" I get error message "The form required to view
this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."

I CAN open existing appointment items but, when I click the Office icon in
the corner of the existing appointment and select "Choose a form," the "Chose
Form" dialogue opens; if I select "Appointment" and click the "Open" button I
get message "The form you selected cannot be displayed. The form required to
view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."

Using Outlook 2007 w/ BCM on stand-alone PC, no Exchange connection, I don't
design/publish/mess w/ forms, didn't do anything (that I know of) to cause
this.

Advice/suggestions welcomed, and thanks in advance . . .

Hello_It''''s_Me-CA

David - I have the same problem out of the blue. I'm on Outook 2003 / XP at
work. My calendar set up included additional calendars other than the main
calendar. If I try to open a new appt/meeting in an alternate calendar, it
works. I can then drag it into my main calendar & update as needed. Weird,
huh?
This cropped up about the same time as another problem I have with my Search
folders. I'm going to search that or start a new subject on that right after
i finish here.
