Replaceing a Form in the Organizational library

Hi
Does any one know how to replace a form in the Organizational library
please?
I've got the .oft file and I open in up from Windows explorer.
Then Tools > Forms > Publish Form as > Organizational Forms Library and pick
and existing form then click on publish saying yes to replace it as it
already exists. The following message appears
Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. The messaging
interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists please
restart Outlook.

This has been the using O2k, O2k3 and even on the server using an Exchange
admin login.
Any pointers?

Does the user have Write access to the Org Forms library? That's not
automatic. Can you publish the form under a different name? Can you publish
other forms to Org Forms but not this one?
