I am the admin of our exchange server. We are running windows 2003 OS and
2003 exchange. I cannot find the organizational forms library to delete an
unused form. How is this done?
Thanks,

Open Outlook and select Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options button >
Custom Forms > Manage Forms to get to the dialog that will let you manage
forms if you have the correct rights.

Ok, I must have rights problem then. I can see the org forms lib, and can
add to it, but cannot delete from it. The delete button is greyed out.
This is true even as administrator. Any suggestions? Where specifically do I
change rights to the org forms lib.

Thanks,
Dave

From memory... Exchange System Manager. Right click on public folders and
select view system folders. Under Eforms you should find the organizational
forms library. Right click on that and select properties. First tab and
the top button to check rights.
