how to publish outlook from in organisational forms library

hi ,

i have an exchange 2003(sp2) with windows server 2003(sp1) i am using ms
outlook for sending and receiving my mails , the problem is that , recently i
have made and from for my organisation but when i want to publish that form
in organisational forms library i get an error "unable to successfully
publish the form due to a MAPI error. you dont have appropriate permission to
perform this operation". Although i have made an organisational forms library
and i have an administrative rights from domain , so please kindly help me
out of this problem i wil be very thankfull to u .

What about the Exchange account that you're using for the current Outlook profile? Does it have write access on the Org Forms library?

yes it has administrative rights , so plz tell me the way i can publish my
form in the Organisational forms library ,I will be very thank full to you.

The user whose Outlook mailbox you're logged into specifically must have write access given under the Client Permissions for the folder. Did you check the Client Permissions (not the Security tab)?

actually i have configured pop3 protocol for the extraction of mails , is
this necessary to configure IMAP protocol for the compatability of
application forms , or i have given the rights of owner for the user whose
profile i make and through which i want to publish the forms . thanks for ur
reply kindly please tell me the way i may able to publish the forms in
Organisational forms library.

The Organizational Forms library is a feature of Microsoft Exchange Server. You must be logged into an Exchange mailbox with the Exchange service, not accessing it through a POP3 account.

i ma accessing my account through exchange services not through pop3 but
stil i am unable to publish the forms. tell me another way or can u send me
the full configuration of publishing the forms i will be very thankfull to
you .

We're still looking for information from you on the client permissions settings on the Organizational Forms library, which you can see using ESM. Those will govern whether the Exchange mailbox you're connected to in Outlook can publish a form.
