Unable to download from internet.

Hello
Anyone who can help me in solving this problem.
Suddenly I am unable to download any file from the
internet. Although I can browse, send and receive emails
and do some filesharing, but when it comes to downloads, I
only get zero byte files.
The various updates from certain programs like Norton all
work fine.
Please email me any solution.

maybe ya got some scumware from your filesharing, or a
trojan or two.
