I am trying to download a driver for my printer from the HP website. The file
is 11mb. When I click on the download button it hangs for about 3 minutes
and comes back with a cannot find website error message. I had my friend to
download the file from her home computer and she was able to do it with no
problems. We both have hign speed internet. HP claims that the problem is
with my computer. I am at a lost as to why I can download everything else
from the internet except this file. Could it be the size of the file?
