Unable to determin bios lock please contact your system administat

I try and relode my computer; i put the disc in and a black screen apears
with this mesage on it ' Unable to determin bios lock please contact your
system administator'. Its a tiny computer and they have gone bust so i can't
cantact them. Plzzz help me, if you know how to solve this problem plz email

Yeah - they (the people who assembled your computer) made the decision to
give you a BIOS locked installation CD. That CD should work witht eh system
they sold to you (gave the restore CDs to you for) <- but nothing more.

If it doesn't work - my advice would normally be to contact those you
purchased the system and those who gave you said restore CDs. In your
case - they have gone out of business - so your only choice may be to
purchase/borrow a generic OEM and install it using your CD Key - which is
hopefully on a sticker on your computer or somewhere else safe. You can use
Magic Jelly Bean KeyFinder to retrieve the key from a working computer.
