Unable to delete files

There are some files that I cannot remove, I've tried many different file
deleter programs, but whenever I try to delete them using the program, it
gives me an error message that the file name is invalid. When i right click
on them, my onlu options are preview, edit, preview (again), print, open
with, and send to. What can I do?

Hi, I managed to get rid of them last night. THere is a programme called 'Delete invalid file', it will search for invalid files and delete them. I did try many file deleters and that's the only one that worked. Good luck.

In normal mode, I go to the files, click on them, and press delete. There's
no dialog box asking if I'm sure or errors, my mouse does the working
animation for a second and then stops. When I try to drag and drop, it
doesn't do a thing. It is the exact same way in safe mode.

I removed all the files out of the folder and deleted the folder under the
command prompt and now they're gone, thanks for your time and help.
