Hi, I have an MPEG file in My Documents folder that I
cannot delete. Every time I try to it tells me that
another person or program is using the file. This is a
standalone machine using a cable modem and Windows XP Home
with SP 1. I have tried booting the computer in safe mode
and I still can't delete the file (I get the same error
message).
Also, when I try to right click on the file to get the
properties the computer hangs up and I have to reboot.
I'm guessing that the file is corrupted somehow, but I'm
not sure. Is there a way I can force Windows XP to delete
the file?
Thanks in advance for any help
