Unable to delete certain programs

I´m having problem to erase msn and norton antivirus from the pc. I always
receive a messege telling me that the disk is protected and the re is no
space in cd. Help me out please

Try booting into Safe Mode and deleting the folders.

Something else you can try is using something like "Hiram's Boot CD"
with "Volkov Commander". It boots up from a CD without using windows.
Volkov Commander supports both FAT and NTFS volumes and you can delete
files with it without any interference from Windows.

It also has "disk clone" programs which are a good way of making a
disaster recovery backup of Windows boot drive. You can restore the
disk image without booting windows.
