Unable to create directory under . Please check write access...

I was attempting to install a game on my computer. The setup wizard came up,
I clicked next and the installation started, but this message immideately
appeared in a box named 'Severe':

Unable to create directory under . Please check write access to this
directory.

Please, if you know how to fix this problem, reply to me!

Hi,

This happens when you are trying to install the game without administrative
privileges. only administrators can install applications which require
writing to the system.
