unable to connect

Dan

While installing a second hard dive I knocked a cable loose
from the motherboard. After several failed reboots I
discovered the problem and corrected it. When I rebooted I
received several error messages, some of which I could not
resolve. I reinstalled the operating system (XP) but am
still receiving the error message:

RUNDLL
Error loading C:\winidows\system32\NvCpl.dll.
A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

The system seems to be working OK, but I can no longer
establish a dial-up connection. Thanks for your help.
