Unable to connect with Remote Assistance

I am trying to help my Dad with his computer using remote assistance. We
both have XP SP2. Firewalls are turned off. When I try to connect to him, I
get the following error message: Remote Assistance connection could not be
established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try
again. Any ideas on what the problem is?
 
Hi,

Is he behind a router? If so, he may need to enable port forwarding on 3389.
