unable to connect to windows 200 server

I've setup the network. I've setup the users and
passwords.

I see the server in network neighborhood. I am unable to
connect and login.

The login window comes up. The login isn't working


any ideas?
 
Have you joined the workstations to the domain?
Which errormessage do you get?
