unable to connect to the update server

I installed antispayware on 2 of my computers at home and
they were working alright, but when I installed on my
Asus Lap Top computer, the antispyware kept telling
me "unable to connect to the internet" when I tried to do
the update. But there was no problem with the internet,
could anyone tell me why?

i had the same problem...you probably got rid of

something the program requires to auto connect to the
intenet...go to your control panel find microsft antispy
and click change...then click update program that should
fix the problem...if not uninstall the program and then
download and re-install
