I recently installed super utilities 4.5 on my computer. Since that time I
have been unable to close folders which i have opened. an error message pops
up each time saying:

"This operation has been canceled due to restriction in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I have made no alterations that I am aware of to the basic settings and can
think of no reason why this should happen. I use windows xp

Does anyone have any idea of what is going on and how to fix it?

Hi Howjos,

Try a System Restore rollback:

Use System Restore to Undo Changes if Problems Occur:
