Unable to create new folder

Hi ALL:

Please help me to resolve the following issue in Windows XP Home.

When I right-click on my desktop trying to create New Folder it gives error
message: Unable to create new folder. No more files.

I can create new folder in My documents and any other folders...

I am the only user on this computer and Administrator's right are OK.

Please advise what shall I fix to resolve this issue...

To fix the problem, make sure you are trying to create a new folder on your
desktop, or you are trying to create a new folder using the File menu in a
folder that supports subfolders.
